href=”http://www.structuralreintegration.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/04/IMG_0259.jpg”>Years ago, after a skiing accident and knee surgery, Kathy found herself searching for deeply therapeutic bodywork delivered with a gentle touch. Rolfing Structural Integration released old soft-tissue adhesions and holding patterns, and brought her home to her body’s innate alignment. Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy deepened that sense of core rest by working with the subtle but powerful breath of life and health which flows through all living beings. She became certified as a Rolfer in 1996 and a Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist in 2001. Her joy is to work gently and collaboratively with her clients and their health team.
